Well, I have not made any progress. As I weighed this morning, I was hoping that the numbers would have decreased but they haven't. So I have to change the way I am going about this. I think that I felt like the little and I mean little...changes that I have made so far are not drastic enough. So This morning it was 2 eggs for breakfast and a small glass of milk. For lunch, a nice chicken breast, peas, and a piece of fruit. For dinner I will need to work in more fruits and veggies. I have no junk food in the house-that I will eat anyway. And I plan to exercise in some form or fashion. So I will plan my meals out better and hopefully have more success next week.
Well, we went on our vacation to the State Park for some camping. An acquaintance let us borrow his kayaks. Let me tell you that it was so much fun! I know I was definitely getting a work out in the water!
So for this past week, I have been very active thanks to the camping trip. I am determined to continue doing some form of exercise and changing my eating habits back to the healthy WW way of doing things.

I know that I am spoiled being a teacher but I do have to say that this has been my first full week off and I have taken naps every day and tried to keep the house picked up. I haven't done much exercise other than helping J with the lawn business (and that is some tuff work). I weighed in for week 3 and I maintained which I won't complain about. So I am still -2.
J on the other hand was dog sick Sun eve through Tuesday morning and lost 10 pounds right away..he's got a big jump start on me.
Well, that's all for now..off to Anastasia Island SP for some camping next week.
