Yeah! Sundays are weigh-in days. I have lost another .5 for a total of 2.0lbs. I remember at WW that the weekly weigh ins were so slow. I would lose a little here not so much here....and back and forth...but in 8 months I had a grand total of 38 pounds that I had lost. That is what I am hoping for here. I know that I need to get strict about my diet and exercise. I also remember that this was a lifetime change and that I could enjoy food but I needed to be conservative. CONFESSION. Last night I ate a huge piece of cake for dinner. I had exercised about 20 minutes in the morning. So kudos to me on Exercise but not so good on the eating....another day has come and I will try again.

I am down on the scale. -1.5 pounds. YEAH!
I worked out Monday and Tuesday and I have drank water so that it is coming out my ears. Not really but I did have to get up to go potty 2 times last night.
which is really rare..because I usually don't get up at all.
Anyway...I figured that excercise and water could be my focus this week and next week then we will work more on food.
besides..I am trying to eat smaller portions but still enjoying my food.
Yeah...so tomorrow I am off for summer but I do have training...However, good news is that I can get out of bed at my normal time to work out and then get ready because I don't have to be in until 8:30...I am pretty excited about that. My hubbie is starting fire school in Sept. He has to pass agility and since he will be training that will help motivate me to exercise as well. I have this problem with my toes going numb after walking, running, or being on the elliptical.....sooooo...I have decided that I am just a exercise video girl. I am going to get out the ole YOGA and pilates videos...which if any of you have ever tried are probably just as good as running.....
So I am out for this week. Oh yeah...started weighing in today so every Sunday will be WeighIN.
I am going to go put on my shoes, shorts, t-shirt and get my rear outside and go for a walk. I have a head ache (UGH), I had chips and pbj for dinner (NOT SO HEALTHY), I made brownies on an impulse (BuRNED THE BOTTOM OF THEM), licking the bowl clean (GUILT IS SETTING IN).....but I am going anyway...and I am hoping that will make me feel all better.

4 more days of school with the children. I am very excited about that. This summer J and I have plans to really do some biking and swimming. Right now it is hard because of our schedules. But once school is out I feel that we will be able to focus more on our movement.
I had done some gardening last week and that really got me sweating. I enjoyed that. I need to do some more in another area of our yard. I haven't gotten on the scale for a while. I plan to weigh tomorrow to see if I have lost any pounds. I do hope I have but I know that I have not done much to get myself there (eating right and exercising daily). Well, outta here for now.
