well, today was not a good eating day...the good thing about today is that I have a walk scheduled, but not till sunset...that is one of the difficult things with Florida....either have to work out inside at what ever time is best or outside early am or late pm
Anyway, tomorrow is a new day and hopefully I will do better with my calorie counting.
Started using another tool today. Fitday.com I used this years ago and when I went to view my profile and update....I was at my lowest WW weight. So I am 30lb over from the last time I used the website. Anyway it has a lot of good information. I have really reduced my calorie intake. I also exercised by working in the garden and boy did the sweat roll off my face..which felt really good...even though it is disgusting.
well, last week I was working on my motivational tools. I have now but some new shoes for working out. I researched which type to buy. First my feet go inward when I walk/run so I think it is called pronate. I also needed something for a high arch...so I have these fancy shoes. We'll see how they do. I also have this problem of tingling in my toes after excessive work on my feet. So we'll see.
My eating has not been well since I started my blog and I have not excercised. I plan on waking up bright and early to get on the elliptical.
Then I shall pack a lunch full of fruits and veggies and see how it goes.
Outta here!
Well, my day didn't start off too well. I didn't sleep well last night because I wasn't feeling well. I called in sick and ran to the school to do my lesson plans for the sub. I then ran to WallyWorld to get some medicine and I was so hungry by the time that all happened that I bought doughnuts. Then I sat down to the computer to start my journaling. I knew I had done wrong. However, because I didn't prepare a healthy breakfast, I was so hungry that I splurged. I was sitting here thinking man..I should probably go throw up but I have never been able to do that. I don't know how people do anorexia or bulimia...I hate to vomit and I love to eat.
Well, hopefully the rest of my day will go better.
